If you have a hotel meeting room, your room will be serviced overnight, ready for your meetings the following day. Please note, rooms will be cleaned and refreshed when food & beverage service is ordered. If you are not placing a daily order and would like your hospitality needs cleared and refreshed during the day, then you will need to order this through the relevant hotel. There will be a daily charge of US $50. See Food & Beverage section above for more details.

The Exhibition Hall & Grand Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency are cleaned before, during and after the event. Booths, branded meeting rooms and pavilions will be vacuumed prior to handover and they will also remove trash during set-up and tear down. After this time, all exhibitors, pavilion and branded meeting room holders are responsible for their own vacuuming and trash removal. We recommend a 3 day service (pre-show, Monday & Tuesday), especially if you have ordered a carpet or are serving refreshments. Log into the Freeman ITW website for more information & to order.

In the Swissôtel, branded meeting rooms will be vacuumed and have trash removed each evening. You are not required to place an order.

In order to ensure a comfortable meeting environment, bilateral table holders are requested to keep their area tidy and free from trash. Any items littering tables or gangways will be cleared away.
