Ship early! You may send your materials to the Freeman warehouse from Friday 14 April 2017. Shipping early to the Advance Warehouse is highly recommended because it provides ample time to clear customs, travel by the most economical methods and ensure that the materials reach their destination in time.
Materials shipped to the Advance Warehouse are delivered directly to your meeting room/booth (including those in the Swissôtel). Exhibitor freight will be waiting for you when you arrive to set up. Please note: any packages for meeting rooms will be delivered on Sunday 14 May unless you have specifically requested an earlier delivery time on your material handling order form and this has been confirmed. Remember that material handling charges apply, so be sure to place your material handling order to ensure delivery.
