Daphne Wotherspoon serves as a Director of Sales - US Markets; Capitol Region for Akkodis, a global leader in digital transformation, technology modernization, and contingent staffing.  She has spent more than two decades in Technology Consulting and another ten years in Talent Acquisition, helping clients realize business objectives through strategic optimization of people, process and technology.

Daphne is highly engaged in the local technology community, serving as the current President Elect for Women In Technology; she has also served on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success in Washington DC, STEM for Her, and as the WIT President in 2020-2021.  Daphne is committed to helping women connect, collaborate and thrive in their chosen fields to achieve economic empowerment.
