As Vice President of China Telecom (Americas), Luis oversees Sales, Corporate Development and Strategy, Corporate Communication, Legal and Government Affairs, and Corporate Compliance. Prior, Luis held leadership positions at iLearning Inc., BCE Teleglobe, AppliedTheory Corporation, IBM, Sprint, and Cable & Wireless.
