Will and his team of consultants across the EMEA, help Service Provider partners bring new services to market that drive top and bottom-line growth. Once launched, he helps Carrier Managed Service (CMS) Partners monetise their investments through sales enablement and go-to-market activities.

He is passionate about helping partners differentiate their offerings, so they can position their unique value-add rather than a race to the bottom on price. His aim is to enable Ciena’s partners to be more successful!

During his time at Ciena, he has held a CMS consultant role and a Partner Enablement Consultant role, supporting partners and internal Ciena teams with all areas of training and enablement activities. Prior to joining Ciena, Will was a Consulting Director at GlobalData and held several commercial technology analyst roles. He holds a BSc honors in Economics from the University of Sheffield.
