Capacity Media encourages all delegates to check their visa requirements for the USA before travelling.

We are able to supply registered delegates with a visa support letter stating they wish to attend an event organised by Capacity Media. To request a visa support letter, please forward your registration confirmation email to info@capacitymedia.com.

All delegates will need to check the latest travel requirements and any restrictions that may be relevant before travelling to the USA. These requirements can be found here. These requirements may change at short notice, and so we encourage you to regularly check the website.

How can I register for ITW?
A pass to ITW costs $799 and includes:
- Full access to the show across 4 days
- Unlimited networking opportunities including access to the full attendee list via the techoraco Events App
- Curated content across multiple stages
- On-demand replays of selected stages available post-show
You can register directly through our website or through an invoice by talking to our Customer Services team at itwteam@capacitymedia.com. Please note, that we do not issue invoices for single-pass purchases.
Do you have a promotional pack I can use to showcase my attendance at ITW?

Do you provide VISA letters?
We can supply booked attendees with Visa letters. However, please do note we can only supply these once you have purchased a pass for the event.

Can I substitute an attendee?
You can substitute an attendee up until 4 May. To substitute an attendee, please email itwteam@capacitymedia.com.
